Please review this refund policy carefully before requesting a refund. This policy is designed to clearly explain how cancellations, substitutions, and refunds are handled.

Course Cancellation or Rescheduling

Compliance Height reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any live training course or webinar due to reasons including, but not limited to, insufficient registrations, speaker unavailability, or circumstances beyond our control.

In such cases, registered participants will be notified 24–48 hours prior to the scheduled start time. If a course is canceled by Compliance Height, participants may choose between:

  • A full refund, or

  • Enrollment in an alternative live training program

The final choice will always rest with the participant.

Substitutions

If a registered participant is unable to attend a scheduled live session, substitutions are permitted. A colleague may attend in place of the original registrant without additional cost.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Failure to attend a live training or webinar

  • Leaving a session after logging in

  • Technical issues on the participant’s side, including internet, device, or firewall restrictions

  • Failure to receive access details due to email delivery issues (we strongly recommend providing an alternate email address)

  • Recorded or on-demand training programs
