4. How do I register for a webinar?
You can register by selecting your preferred webinar/training course on our website and completing the online registration and payment process. Once your registration is successful, you will receive a confirmation email with further details.
5. Will I receive any reference materials?
Yes. The webinar presentation slides (PPT) will be shared with registered participants prior to the live session to support effective participation and better understanding of the topic.
6. How do I access the live webinar I have registered for?
Access details, including the joining link and participation instructions, will be sent to your registered email address approximately 2–3 days prior to the scheduled live webinar. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at the time of registration.

8. How many times and for how long do I have access to recordings?

9. How do I receive my certificate of participation?
